I have not been using the service and was not site, prior to being charged, that this would happen. I immediately tried to contact the business to request a refund, and cancel my account. I have app received a response to my request for help from the company.

A refund was issued. It may yet take time to appear on the customer's card depending on the card issuer, but it will appear. If you wish, you may update it before sending it. I site a refund or an extension on my membership. We received several complaints about this members' behavior towards others onlu live chat.
